1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Delivery Area
Mango Fruit Shop currently offers delivery services within Dubai. If your delivery address is outside this area, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.
1.2 Delivery Timeframe
- Same Day Delivery: For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
- Normal Delivery: Orders can be placed at any time, and they will be delivered as per our standard delivery schedule.
1.3 Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders of AED 250 and above.
- Standard Delivery: For orders below AED 250, a delivery fee of AED 20 will be applied at checkout.
1.4 Delivery Process
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On the day of delivery, our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Shipping Methods
Mango Fruit Shop offers direct delivery within Dubai through our in-house delivery team. At this time, we do not offer shipping services outside of Dubai.
2.2 Order Tracking
Currently, we do not offer an online order tracking system. However, you will be notified via email or phone when your order is out for delivery.
2.3 Shipping Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only offer delivery within Dubai. We do not ship internationally or to other emirates at this time.
3. Refund and Return Policy
3.1 Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered as soon as possible, or a refund will be processed.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing a refund or replacement.
- Missed Deliveries: If we are unable to deliver your order due to our error, you will be entitled to a full refund.
3.3 Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided in cash at the time of pickup. Our delivery team will inspect the product to ensure it has not been consumed before issuing the refund.
